Getting to Hamersly Library

Hamersly Library is located in the center of the Western Oregon University campus on Monmouth Avenue. See the university’s maps, directions, accessibility, and parking information.

Parking

Permit, meter, and correct lot requirements are enforced Monday-Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. These requirements are not enforced after 6 p.m. on weekdays, on Saturdays or Sunday, or on official campus holidays. All other parking regulations are enforced 24 hour a day, seven days a week. 

Four metered spaces are in Lot I just east of Hamersly Library. Costs are $0.25/.10/.05 for 30/12/6 minutes, coins only.

The library’s Information Desk can provide free one-day Guest Permits, valid within Zone 2 lots only. A guest can only be issued one permit within a 15-day time frame.
