Hello - I am researching women who travelled to Iceland before WWII. I discovered some articles by Katherine Arbuthnot, who taught at the Oregon State Normal School from 1913-1947. There are some photos of Miss Arbuthnot in your digital archives, but I was wondering if any writing survived - letters, lectures, diaries, articles. She spoke publicly about Iceland several times, so I am wondering if any written narratives survived. Is there anything like this in the archives there?
