Abstract

It has been argued for many decades that it is highly possible for children to be born killers. Psychologist and criminologist have argued that the evidence did not hold theory to the question in debate. They felt that the theory of being born from the womb a killer was not only not possible, but impossible to prove scientifically (Stein, Abby 2007).
